Nebraska cattle feeder Steve Hanson is the new chairman of the U.S. Meat Export Federation. Hanson succeeds Minnesota pork producer Randy Spronk. The new chair-elect is Jay Theiler, who is with Agri-Beef. The vice chair is a grain and livestock producer in southeastern Nebraska. Dave Bruntz is a past president of the Nebraska Corn Council and Nebraska Cattlemen.
