The North Dakota Stockmen’s Foundation has a new president. Jason Leiseth of Arnegard succeeds Jeff Schafer of New Rockford. Tim Erbele of Streeter and Randy Schmitt of Rugby are serving in vice presidential roles. Shane Anderson of Towner and Lowell Malard of Bismarck are new appointees to the foundation board.
