Valley United Co-op General Manager Paul Coppin says corn harvest is progressing rapidly in the central Red River Valley. “We’re probably two-thirds done with corn harvest, it’s moving at a breakneck speed,” said Coppin. “With the dry conditions that we’ve had for the last four, five weeks, they went right from one crop to the next with no days of downtime.” Coppin said the corn moisture levels and quality are good.
