Agriculture delivers countless career opportunities for the young men and women in the FFA. Options include production agriculture, biotechnology, finance, marketing and communications. “If you are a student and love living in a small town, we can find ways to help you stay in your community, or you may want to try a new location, you could work at our headquarters,” said CHS Manager of Talent Acquisition Lauren Bucci. “It is the best of both worlds.” In addition to the National FFA Convention, CHS is looking for future employees at the post-secondary level. “We go to two-year universities and technical schools, we go to four-year universities; and we’re really looking to identify those next leaders for our organization.” Bucci praised the FFA for the amount of students fully engaged and dedicated to agriculture. CHS is a key sponsor of the RRFN coverage of the National FFA Convention. Listen to the full interview with Bucci.
