North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum is on the first day of a trade mission to South Korea. A memorandum of understanding was signed to establish a partnership in energy technology research and development. Fargo-based Bobcat is part of the South Korean Doosan Group and Burgum will meet with Doosan Bobcat CEO Scott Park later this week.
