University of Minnesota Nutrient Management Specialist Daniel Kaiser sees soil testing as a good option. “It’s good to know some information before you’re making some of those decisions.” Soil sampling comes with a cost but when compared to other methods of management techniques, Kaiser says “soil testing wins every time.”
