Many Soybean Fields Still ‘Too Green’

Koep Harvesting owner Austin Koep has done some limited soybean harvesting, but most of the fields are still a bit too green. “They’re pretty hit and miss, a lot of them are really green. Another two weeks and they’ll all be going pretty good, I think.” Koep’s crew returned home to Wendell, Minnesota after finishing the wheat harvest in the western Dakotas. “The wheat was really good, other than in the southwest corner of North Dakota, they didn’t have enough rain to finish it.”
