House and Senate leaders have come to terms on a bill to prevent a government shutdown. This continuing resolution will be in place until December 20. The House Rules Committee will rule on the bill this afternoon and a vote in the full House is expected on Wednesday. A six-month spending bill, which was rejected last week, included controversial voter ID language. The farm bill also expires at the end of the month, but it is not included in the continuing resolution.
