The parent companies behind the SES VanderHave, Hilleshog and Maribo sugarbeet seed brands are merging. Groupe Florimond Desprez has the SES VanderHave brand; DLF Seeds is behind Hilleshog and Maribo. The two companies have signed an agreement to merge their sugarbeet business. The new joint venture is called United Beet Seeds.
