U.S. to Impose Additional Tariffs Against China

The White House has new tariffs against China going into effect September 27. The tariffs include a 100 percent duty on Chinese electric vehicles, 50 percent on solar cells and 25 percent on steel, aluminum and key minerals. When Canada imposed similar tariffs on Chinese EVs, China retaliated by accusing Canada of dumping its canola on the world market.
