The Biden Administration has asked the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals to reinstate the rule delisting wolves from the Endangered Species Act. If approved, this would return control to the states on this issue. Minnesota Congressman Pete Stauber said the State of Minnesota should approve a hunt to reduce the size of the wolf population.
