The union representing rail workers has filed a court challenge against the country’s industrial labor board, which forced more than 9,000 Teamsters members back to work. The Canadian National and Canadian Pacific Kansas City railroads and labor unions were unable to come to terms on a contract. After a short work stoppage, the Canadian government ordered the employees to return to work. A representative of the Teamsters union said this decision sets a dangerous precedent if it is not challenged.
