The University of Missouri Food and Agriculture Policy Research Institute has released its latest baseline projections. For the 2025-2026 marketing year, FAPRI left the ending stocks a year from now nearly unchanged. Export demand is forecast to increase. For soybeans, FAPRI increased acres slightly and made minimal changes to the ending stocks. Wheat stocks are in line with this past year. FAPRI calls for a reduction in wheat acres and a drop in wheat production. FAPRI is forecasting the average market year corn price at $4.13 per bushel. The average farm price for soybeans is forecast at $9.65 per bushel. The all-wheat price is expected to average $5.79 per bushel.
