A ‘Double Penalty’ for Biofuels

Growth Energy has submitted public comments to the California Air Resources Board regarding California’s Low Carbon Fuel Standard. The biofuels trade group said CARB’s sustainability certification requirement is “an unfair and double penalty for corn starch bioethanol.”
