The Arthur Companies and Birdsall Grain and Seed are forming a new 50/50 joint venture. This work will be headquartered in Berthold, North Dakota. Construction of a state-of-the-art 40,000 ton fertilizer shed is beginning this month and is expected to be operational by late summer of 2025. The facility is designed to increase efficiency and expand the scope of operations for both companies.
