A Busy Harvest Run

Westlake Harvesting owner Alan Westlake, of Crookston, Minnesota, has been working the entire harvest run.  “We started in southern Oklahoma at Duke, we’ve been to Garden City, Colorado, northern Kansas and now we’re in Pierre, South Dakota.” While the weather has slowed things down a bit, Westlake said they’ve seen good wheat crops in most places. “Southern Kansas wasn’t really the best for us, but everywhere else has been a very good crop.”
