The Minnesota Public Utilities Commission has scheduled hearings to consider the Summit Carbon Solutions pipeline project. An in-person meeting will be August 20 in Fergus Falls and there will be an online hearing on August 21. Evidentiary hearings are planned August 22-24 in St. Paul. A state environmental impact statement found the project has a net benefit on greenhouse gas emissions.
