Congress is back in session this week and spending bills for 2025 fiscal year are on the schedule. The House Appropriations Committee will review the environment and energy biils on Tuesday and the agriculture spending bill on Wednesday. The agriculture appropriations bill will be heard at the committee level in the Senate on Thursday. Congress is back on recess next week due to the Republican National Convention.
