Minnesota Governor Tim Walz has reappointed four individuals to the Board of Water and Soil Resources. These appointments include Harmony farmer Eunice Biel, who is also the chair of the state FSA committee. Joseph Collins of St. Paul represents the Capitol Region Watershed District. The appointees also include Dakota County Soil and Water Conservation District Supervisor Jayne Hager Dee from Northfield and former State Representative Ted Winter of Fulda.
