Northern Canola Growers Association Executive Director Barry Coleman sees a canola crop that is playing catch-up. “The crop stage is not quite as advanced as last year at this time,” Coleman told RRFN. “The weather and the growing degree heat units that we have had have been slowing the crops down so the warmer weather that we’ve had the last week is really going to push things along much better.”
