Golden Harvest sales representative Brian Langeland says the rains in his territory have been overwhelming. “We’ve just been inundated with rains here the last two weeks,” Langeland told RRFN. “I cover nine counties in south-central Minnesota in that Mankato/Blue Earth/Fairmont/Jackson area and a lot of those growers have had in excess of 25 inches of rain this spring. Normal rainfall for us is 26 inches for the year and so we’ve had almost a year’s worth of rain in the last month-and-a-half.” The entire interview can be found online.
