Valley United Coop Sales Agronomist Jerry Buckley likes the way the early-planted crop looks in the Ada, Minnesota area. “There was a little bit of stress from some nutrient tie-up with all the rain but overall the crops look really good.” Farmers have dealt with replanting and prevent plant situations. “Most of our problems for replant were from drown-outs due to the moisture stress. We had probably around ten percent of the soybeans that ended up in prevent plant in our pocket.”
