ND Supreme Court Rules in Favor of Summit Carbon Solutions

Summit Carbon Solutions won a victory in the North Dakota Supreme Court. A lower court ruling was allowed to stand, giving Summit Solutions the right to survey property without the landowners’ permission. This pipeline project would connect 57 ethanol plants to carbon storage northwest of Bismarck.
