Rick Vallery Selected for Transportation Commission

South Dakota Governor Kristi Noem is appointing Rick Vallery to serve on the state Transportation Commission. Vallery’s entire career has been in agriculture, including work with the South Dakota Farm Bureau, South Dakota Wheat, South Dakota Oilseeds Council, South Dakota Pulse Council, Agriculture Department and the Governor’s Office of Economic Development. The Transportation Commission determines road construction priorities.
