Minnesota Agriculture in the Classroom is preparing to host its summer teacher tours. “Our summer teacher tours are definitely the highlight of our summer,” said Sue Knott, education specialist, MAITC. “This summer we are offering three different one-day experiences and kindergarten through 12th-grade teachers can register to join us. We have a curriculum connections portion where we provide lesson plans and activity ideas and supporting resources so teachers can bring those experiences back to their students and use them in their classrooms.” Each tour is different and has its own focus points within Minnesota’s agriculture.
