Bayer has submitted an updated label proposal for the dicamba herbicide XtendiMax. The new label would suggest a maximum of two applications and a cutoff date of June 12 for soybeans. According to the proposed label, over the top application is not regulated. The Environmental Protection Agency has 17 months to review the label and make a decision which could affect the 2025 crop.
