The Commerce Department has initiated antidumping and countervailing duty investigations against China and India over 2,4-D. The International Trade Commission is scheduled to make its preliminary determination by May 20 and the Commerce Department’s preliminary determination will be made by the end of June. The National Corn Growers Association stressed these duties would impact farmers already facing high input costs.
