Carolyn Olson farms at Cottonwood, Minnesota and is the first female vice president of the Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation. “For a long time, I struggled with imposter syndrome and felt like I didn’t have what it took,” Olson told RRFN. “Other people saw in me that I had the knowledge and I needed to be bold and swallow my fears to take that step.” Olson shares her story, including her respect for authentic women agricultural leaders.
