On Wednesday, the House passed legislation in a 339 to 85 vote to again avoid a partial government shutdown. The bill moves to the Senate to be voted on by midnight Friday. This bill will renew funding for the Departments of Agriculture, Justice, Transportation and Housing, and Urban Development. The next major deadline is March 22.
