POET is adding its 12 facilities in Iowa and five in South Dakota to the Summit Carbon Solutions carbon capture pipeline project. This will bring 4.7 million metric tons of CO2 each year to Summit’s carbon capture program. The POET’s South Dakota facilities will be integrated into the existing project and the Iowa plants will be part of a separate application.
