Foreign Ownership of Farmland Bill Introduced

A bipartisan bill has been introduced in the U.S. Senate calling for more transparency when foreign entities purchase U.S. farmland. A companion bill will likely be coming out of the House in the next couple of weeks. A recent Government Accountability Office report called for similar changes.
