Ag retailers were able to take advantage of good field conditions and a lot of fertilizer was applied this past fall. “Out of Minot here, we did probably just about 20,000 acres this fall,” said Hunter Schriner, agronomy sales rep, Dakota Agronomy Partners. “It started pretty slow and then we caught 14 inches of snow in October, but we had a really mild November and we ended up getting a lot more done in November into December.”
