Landowner Rights to be Discussed in Pierre

South Dakota Farmers Union lobbyist Mitch Richter says the carbon pipeline and private property rights are on the agenda during this legislative session. “Farmers Union is interested in preserving landowner rights and that will be one of our bigger issues as we go forward.” Richter feels water issues also need to be addressed.
