Details have emerged from Wednesday’s closed-door meeting between U.S. and Mexican officials. That follows the recent five-day closure of the Eagle Pass and El Paso, Texas border crossings. A joint communique promotes “orderly, humane, and regular migration” while being committed to a positive trade relationship.
