In its quarterly report on agricultural conditions, the Farm Credit Administration reports the Farm Credit System enjoyed solid financial results for the first nine months of the year. The loan portfolio is performing well with nonperforming assets at a low 0.53 percent rate for outstanding loans. Capital and liquidity levels are good, but higher interest rates and lower commodity prices are a concern.
