The demand for spring wheat is increasing as end-users look for a higher quality product. “We’re finding ourselves as the fastest-selling class of wheat in the United States that is going into the foreign markets and there is pretty doggone solid demand in the domestic market as well,” explains Neal Fisher, administrator, North Dakota Wheat Commission.
