Biologicals are getting a lot of buzz. The Red River Farm Network asked FMC Regional Technical Service Manager Gail Stratman how farmers are responding to the move to toward biologicals. “A lot of times they’re interested, but they’re skeptical at first,” said Stratman. FMC has adopted a strategy of outlining what biological can do and what it can’t do. “It’s not a one-for-one swap. A synthetic chemistry will get you this far, but when you put a biological with that, it takes you one step further.” The full interview can be found online.
