The North Dakota Public Service Commission will host a hearing later this month regarding Summit Carbon Solutions’ attempt to block local ordinances in Burleigh and Emmons counties. Summit claims the county ordinances are “unreasonably restrictive” and would prevent the carbon pipeline project from being built. This hearing will be on December 21 at the state capital.
