Harvest continues along in the tri-state area of North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota. DuWayne Bosse, who farms at Britton, South Dakota and leads Bolt Marketing, says harvest is taking a long time. “The moisture of the corn has been coming off around that 20 percent and it takes time to dry and elevators are backed up as well.” The fall weather has not been ideal for getting the corn to dry down. “I think we made it to maturity, but the relative humidity is not allowing it to dry down.”
