The harvest has clipped along nicely for Todd Stanley at Grygla, Minnesota. Soybeans are done. “Yields were above average and certainly excellent for the little bit of rain we had this summer.” The combines have started moving through the corn. Test weights have been good, but yields are somewhat disappointing. “Moisture is 15 to 16 percent and it’s unusual for corn to get that dry for us.” Wheat, grass seed and canola were harvested ahead of schedule.
