Combest Sell and Associates Managing Partner Tom Sell says the current threat of government shutdown isn’t anything new. “This is an annual appropriations cycle so we kind of go through this at this time every year with various levels of drama.” In the case of a shutdown, Sell expects limited impact to most farmers and ranchers until the end of the year.
