South Dakota Soybean Processors will hold a groundbreaking event for its new crush plant on Tuesday. The Mitchell, South Dakota facility will have the ability to crush soybeans, sunflowers, canola and camelina. The plant is expected to be operating by the fall of 2025. Crush capacity is 100,000 bushels per day.
