On behalf of the Environmental Protection Agency, the Justice Department has resolved litigation covering over 1,000 pesticide products. The settlement includes the development of mitigation measures for listed species that are particularly vulnerable to pesticide exposure and the development of a herbicide strategy that addresses the potential impact on hundreds of ESA-listed species.
