Numerous farm groups have voiced disappointment about the revised WOTUS rule. National Corn Growers Association President Tom Haag said the Administration released a rule that does not respect “the holdings from the recent U.S. Supreme Court case.” The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture agrees, saying the new rule does not accurately address the issues raised by the Supreme Court Sackett decision.
