The potato crop is coming along quite well across the Northern Plains. Extension potato agronomist Andy Robinson says dry weather is having an impact on the non-irrigated potato crop. “There’s no question it’s dry, but the irrigated acres look good.” While the dry weather may have lessened foliar disease pressure, soilborne pathogens take advantage of stressed plants.
