Summit Carbon Solutions has resubmitted its pipeline permit to the North Dakota Public Utilities Commission. The first permit was denied earlier this month. The revised permit reroutes the pipeline north of Bismarck. Summit is also reporting nearly 80 percent of the right-of-way on the pipeline route has been secured through voluntary easements. Almont 90 percent of the space needed for the carbon sequestration in North Dakota has also been secured.
