Agweek is reporting Epitome Energy will not begin construction of its Grand Forks soybean crush plant until next year. This is the facility that originally planned to build in Crookston, but later chose a Grand Forks site. Epitome Energy is reportedly still trying to secure funding and permitting for the project.
