Otter Tail Power Completes Hoot Lake Solar

Otter Tail Power Company’s first large-scale investment in solar power is fully operational. Hoot Lake Solar features nearly 130,000 solar panels at Fergus Falls. Construction began on the $62 million project in May of 2022.
