Twenty-five North Dakota counties are now eligible for emergency haying and grazing on Conservation Reserve Program acres. The eligible counties have either been in D2 drought for at least one week, but less than eight consecutive weeks or approved by the county or state FSA committee. Farmers and ranchers are urged to contact their county FSA office to make sure those acres are eligible.
