The Red River Retention Authority is surveying farmers and landowners about flood control in the Red River Basin. Executive Director Brian Fuder says the goal is to determine the impact of flooding on the region. “Is it springtime issues? fall issues? We’re also looking forward to getting some information about the economic losses.” The survey is being conducted through the end of the year and data will be compiled ahead of the legislative sessions in St. Paul and Bismarck.
